The concrete color for the walls are a clear trend which has become during the last years an important part of the modern wall organization. So that, however, the wall does not look too cold in concrete optics, it can be combined optically beautifully with wood in the inside area. Help of timber cladding inside they have sketched a modern interior with concrete optics wall and at the same moment have produced a homely atmosphere.

   

The house is in Taoyuan, China and is sketched specially for a family with children. Because of the small floor space the designers have formed the apartment with multifunctional spaces which can be quickly reshaped according to demand. The spacious living-room is sketched with an open draft and exists on a living area, eating area and house library with reading corners. The big Balktontür cares for a big amount of daylight in the space.
